Software support
Help with installing, licensing, or troubleshooting PulseTech, SchemaTech, or LoggiTech. Billing and licence questions are handled separately — see Manage licence.
Getting started
How do I install the software?
After payment, an email arrives with a download link for the installer (valid for 7 days) and your licence file. Run the installer, then open the app's Activate License dialog and point it at the file — it validates locally, so no account setup or internet-dependent sign-in is required.
What are the system requirements?
All three applications are Windows desktop apps. If a machine can run a modern browser comfortably, it can run these — none of them need a dedicated GPU or unusual amounts of RAM.
Licence & activation
My licence file won't activate.
Make sure you're selecting the complete, unedited licence file from the email, and that your system clock is set correctly — licence validity is time-based. If it still won't activate, contact support with your order email and we'll reissue it.
Can I move my licence to another computer?
Yes. A licence covers one computer per user — contact support and we will transfer it.
What happens when my licence renews or expires?
On a successful renewal, a fresh licence file is emailed to you automatically — nothing to do on your end. If a payment fails or you cancel, the app keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops opening projects until you renew; your data and files stay on your computer.
Troubleshooting
The app won't open a file I'm sure is valid.
Most import failures come down to an unexpected file encoding or a non-standard export from the tool that generated it. Send us the file (or a description of where it came from) via the form below and we'll take a look.
Something looks wrong in an analysis or plot.
Tell us which product, the steps to reproduce it, and — if you can share it — the dataset. We treat unexpected analytical results as seriously as crashes.
Still stuck?
Tell us which product, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead — the more specific, the faster we can help. We read every message ourselves.
