What do I receive after payment?
An email with the installer download link (valid for 7 days) and your licence file, with activation steps.
What is a licence?
The right to use the app for the period you bought (one month or one year) on one computer per user. It must be renewed to keep using the app; online purchases renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I move my licence to another computer?
Yes — contact support@reservoirist.com and we will transfer it.
Can my company pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
Yes. Use Request a quote; we send a formal quotation, then a proforma invoice with our bank details.
Do you offer multi-user, network or site licences?
Yes, by quotation, with discounts from 5 users.
Is there a trial?
